Nominated MP Sabina Chege has turned the heat on Former President Uhuru Kenyatta and Azimio Leader Raila Odinga over her role in the August 9, polls.
In an address to the media, after chaos erupted at Jubilee Party Headquarters, Sabina sought to know from Uhuru and Raila whether they appreciate the role she played in the August 9, 2022 polls.
She said her role in the August 9, polls saw her quit running for any political seat because of Azimio
"I would like to look at Uhuru Kenyatta and Baba in the face and ask; Did Sabina sacrifice for this party?" she asked.

The question comes in the wake of infighting within the Jubilee party with one faction allied to EALA MP Kanini Kega and another to Jubilee Party SG Jeremiah Kioni. Sabina is in Kanini Kega's camp.
MPs elected on Jubilee Party ticket in the August 9, polls declared allegiance to President William Ruto even as the party remains a member of the Azimio coalition.
Sabina who is the minority whip in the National Assembly is facing an ouster even as Azimio's team seeks to replace her for declaring allegiance to Ruto.
