The Party is facing leadership wrangles with the NDC convened expected to iron out some of the contentious issues.
The NDC is set to be held at Ngong Racecourse after a bid to host the meeting at the Bomas of Kenya failed.
The Bomas of Kenya in a letter to Jubilee's acting executive director Polycarp Hinga said the venue requested is under renovation and the rest of the venues are not available.
This prompted another notice by Uhuru announcing Ngong Racecourse as the new venue.
"Notice is hereby given that the venue of the Jubilee NDC has been moved to Ngong Racecourse. All other details remain as per the notice published on April 29, 2023," read the notice.
