Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance on Tuesday, June 27 unveiled to their supporters key resolutions made by the party leadership following the passing of the Finance Bill 2023.
The Bill, which was passed by the National Assembly last week, was assented to by President William Ruto on Monday.
In response to the development, Azimio staged a mega rally at Kamukunji grounds in Nairobi on Tuesday to guide their supporters on what next.
A statement read by DAP - K party leader Eugene Wamalwa unpacked major decisions the Azimio made to fight back to what they termed as a "total disregard of their views" on key issues of governance.
"Following the passing of the Finance Bill that was imposed on us, we as Azimio resolve to end the Bi-partisan Talks for good," Wamalwa stated.

The resolution comes minutes after the Kenya Kwanza side said they have given Azimio one last chance to Salvage the talks.
The team said they will be inviting Azimio for talks on Tuesday, next week, and if they fail to attend, they will sanction the continuity of the IEBC commissioner's recruitment.
In addition, the Azimio side has declared the start of Civil disobedience with Wamalwa stating that it will entail failure to pay taxes.
At the same time, Wamalwa has noted that they will convene a major rally on July 7, after which they direct their followers on the events that will follow from there going forward.
"The Saba Saba meeting will Unveil a robust programme for Civil disobedience countrywide," Wamalwa said.
Wamalwa added that the Azimio side will begin mass collection of signatures in bid to kick out elected leaders who backed the Finance Bill 2023 out of office.
This, he said, will include a plan to oust President William Ruto and his entire regime from office.
In its fifth plan, the Azimio resolved to join forces with civil societies in agitating for the welfare of Kenyans and push against what they termed as "Ruto’s punitive taxes".
