Jubilee Vice-Chair David Murathe has declared an all-out war with Nominated MP Sabina Chege and her EALA counterpart Kanini Kega.
Speaking on Thursday during a meeting convened by party officials allied to the faction backing Former President Uhuru Kenyatta, Murathe said the two will no longer be MPs once they are done with Court cases.
"Once we are properly in office by the court, the first agenda business will be to denominate Sabina Chege and Kanini Kega. Kega's position at EALA was from Jubilee," he said.
Sabina Chege was nominated to Parliament by the Jubilee party.

Kega on his part was fronted by Jubilee as a candidate for the EALA seat. He was voted at the National Assembly by MPs.
Murathe said the decision to have the two recalled on grounds of advancing the ideals of the Kenya Kwanza.
He added that all the Jubilee MPs will also be removed from the parliamentary committee.
"You remove all of them from committees. Watolewe ama wasitolewe? Si wanasema wanataka kufanya na Kenya Kwanza? Waende wafanye na Kenya Kwanza."
The declaration came amidst a complaint from the Uhuru-led Jubilee over the recognition of the Jubilee as a parliamentary party.
Speaker Moses Wetang'ula while recognising it as Parliamentary party announced Chege as the Whip of the party, a move that has been protested by Jubilee SG Jeremiah Kioni.
“Jubilee is hereby recognised as a parliamentary party with the meaning of Standing Order 20A, this recognition does not in any way elevate it to or affects the status given to the majority and minority party by the Standing Orders and the Constitution," National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang'ula ruled on Wednesday.
“Consequently, Sabina Chege by the written support of 21 out of 28 members of Jubilee members and on account of having been the last officially recognised member of the Jubilee party forming part of the leadership is allowed to perform in the interim the role of the Whip of that party in the House.”
