Lugulu Girls' High School experienced a temporary withholding of their 2024 KCSE results by KNEC. This action led to anxiety among students, parents, and the school's administration.
Western Region Director of Education, Jared Obiero, confirmed the withholding of the results, explaining that such actions typically occur due to reasons like missing information or errors.
He urged patience, stating that the results were under review and would be released once the necessary verifications were completed.
"The results were pended and we are sorting out the matter. Let there be no cause of alarm. The results will be out soon," Obiero said at the time.
The initial withholding of results was unexpected for Lugulu Girls' High School, an institution renowned for its consistent academic excellence.
