Have you ever analyzed and evaluated the kind of household products you use especially in the kitchen? It all started for me when I lost my father (prostate cancer) and mother (liver cancer), I started digging to find out what really causes cancer.
As much as there is no one known cause there are a couple of factors that expose you to it. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS - is a condition that affects a woman's hormone levels), and deeper reading led me to learn about chemicals that get into the body and disrupt the endocrine (endocrine is a system that runs all our hormones).
This led me to be self-conscious in what I eat, what I use in my house, what I cook with, where I store my food, to the extent of what I apply on my body etc. That is how I landed on a home products line called Tupperware.
Tupperware is a home products line that includes food preparation, Baby essentials, storage, and serving, Products for the kitchen and home. Check out their products on their Instagram channel.

Products on Tupperware
Tupperware products are made from virgin plastic therefore they are not made from recycled plastic material which easily disintegrates and releases BPA (bisphenol A), a chemical that has been suggested to be harmful to human health.
They also have seals instead of lids, therefore, being considered airtight and liquid-tight keeping things fresher for longer. Would you imagine keeping your mushrooms fresh for 2 weeks?
When I had Tupperware was now in Kenya I was so excited to take the opportunity and transform my kitchen and while at it, I discovered I could make a living out of Tupperware.
I exited formal employment in 2018 and I hoped to find something that can easily help me balance work and family. I chose to open my Tupperware business: I was convinced of the social and environmental aspects of this opportunity, but I was especially seduced by the originality of the experience.
In the beginning, I was able to earn that extra income. Gradually, I could see the potential of a career at Tupperware. Tupperware has offered me a unique business opportunity that has led me to financial freedom, authentic recognition, and the valorization of myself as a woman. This has motivated me to push myself to make it a full-time career.
