Immanuel Muasya is leaving the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).
He has been the senior journalist for BBC's Africa Health team.
According to an internal communication, Mr Muasya has been the lead producer of Life Clinic since 2018.
"I’d like to inform you that Immanuel Muasya, Senior journalist on our Africa Health team, is leaving the BBC. Immanuel has been the lead producer of our flagship Health programme ‘Life Clinic’ since its launch in 2018.
"He was also a part of the launch teams that did the piloting groundwork ahead of the launch of the BBC Africa genre programmes. The teams greatly benefitted from his creativity and content-making skills," the email read in part.

This comes barely a month after Anne Mawathe, who was the Africa Health Editor for BBC exited the media house.
"I’d like to inform you that our Africa Health Editor, Anne Mawathe, is leaving the BBC. Anne was instrumental in setting up the BBC Africa Health unit and has over the last three years led the health teams in Nairobi, Dakar, and Lagos," the statement read in part.
Anne was at BBC for the last three years and five months. Before joining the media house, she worked at Citizen TV where she had been a producer for five years and two months.
