ODM leader Raila Odinga has disclosed that he had to shorten India and Dubai trips to attend NARC's National Delegates Conference (NDC) at the Bomas of Kenya.
Odinga disclosed that he had been invited by NARC's party leader Governor Charity Ngilu and there was no way he could miss the event.
"I was in India, then Dubai but I had to shorten my visit because I couldn't miss this NDC,' the former premier said.
Odinga took a trip down memory lane to share the rich history between him and Governor Ngilu.
