Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka was forced to make an emergency landing in Suswa, Narok County after a chopper he had boarded to Homa Bay developed a technical problem.
The Wiper Leader could not catch up with Azimio's first rally in Oyugis as a result of the hitch.
While sharing the development on his social media handles, Kalonzo revealed the problem had been sorted.
He had to wait for another chopper to head to Homa Bay.

"Off to join my brother Raila Odinga and the Azimio-One Kenya team in Homabay County after a technicality that forced us to land in Suswa and delayed for some hours."
A report on the technical hitch was first made by Wiper member Andrew Sunkuli, who he named as his running mate before quitting.
Sunkuli while addressing the Azimio rally in Oyugis said the Wiper Leader was yet to arrive because of the hitch.
He assured the Azimio supporters that the Wiper Leader will join them in the course of the day.
"I am here now to represent and pass the greetings of the Wiper leader Kalonzo. He was on his way here but the chopper he was travelling in experienced a small problem. But he will catch up with us in the course of the day," he said.
The Azimio coalition on Sunday pitched tents in Homa Bay County, a region perceived to be the political bastion of the ODM leader, for a series of rallies.
The group is seeking to consolidate votes ahead of the polls.
