The building owned by the Farmers Industry Limited is located off Thika Super Highway in Pangani Nairobi county.

It lies along the North Western elevation of Thika Road approximately 1KM after the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development and about 70 metres after the Pangani flyover.

The property measures 0.2277 hectares and is a seven-storey commercial complex with two basement floors and a penthouse on the rooftop, a sentry house, and a powerhouse.
