Controversial singer Willy Paul has won the first round of the defamation case against former Saldido Records signee Miss P and Switch TV’s Presenter Ali.
In court documents he shared on Instagram by the singer, the court directed Presenter Ali to pull down an interview with Miss P, where she claimed that Willy Paul sexually assaulted her severally for the months she was signed under his label.
"That pending the hearing and determination of this suit an injunction order is granted compelling 2nd Defendant/Respondents to pull down the video posted on his YouTube channel titled, ’WILLY PAUL FORCED ME TO HAVE SEX WITH him-MISS P opens up on why she left SALDIDO" said part of the statement.
The court documents dated November 12, 2021 further directed that any other person circulating the video can be charged in a court of law for defamation.
“That pending the hearing and determination of this suit an order is granted compelling 1st Defendant/Respondents herein either by themselves, their servants’ agents, assigns or any other person spreading the video or circulating the same be restrained by an order of the court from defaming, spreading and continuing to defame the Plaintiff/Applicant pending the inter partes hearing of this application.”

Towards the end of October Miss P, in an interview with Presenter Ali, alleged that Willy Paul sexually harassed her several times, months after being signed to his record label.
“He forced me to have sex with him, not once not twice. I had to tell my mum because I had to get medical attention because I don't know this person, sijui tabia zake. had to seek help and my mum helped me Alhamdulillah, otherwise at this very moment ningekua nimesha jifungua or I would be nine months pregnant with his child… He forced to have sex with me na alikataa kutumia protection, not once not twice,” said Miss P.
She noted that after Willy Paul visited her family and did not touch her again for 4 months and this made her start developing feelings for him.
Miss P also termed Willy Paul as a narcissistic person, who was too controlling.
