Amani National Congress (ANC) Party leader Musalia Mudavadi has said that the Kakamega ANC gubernatorial candidate Cleophas Malala put up a gallant effort even though he lost in the race.
In a tweet on Tuesday, August 30, the ANC leader said that age was still on Malala’s side as he thanked voters for turning up to vote for the ANC leader.
Mudavadi gave the message to Mombasa UDA gubernatorial candidate Hassan Omar, adding that the duo displayed maturity during the polls.
He urged Malala and Omar not to be discouraged as the future was bright even as he congratulated the winners in the elections.
