Foreign Affairs Korir Sing'oei has blasted Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi over his display of opulence during a YouTube interview.
The lawmaker was hosted on the Obinna Show, in which he flaunted his pricey wristwatch.
Sudi took himself to the set with a watch, which a quick spot check confirmed costs $128,000 (equivalent to Sh 16.6 million).
He went ahead to say; "Such watches were not created for trees or cows. Please find out its price."

The display elicited reactions with a section of the citizenry castigating the lawmaker for a supposed arrogance and showing off in front of an impoverished public.
Sudi's naysayers argued it was insensitive of him to display his wellness at a time when many Kenyans are having difficulty affording a day's single meal.
Sing'oei wondered what motivated the show at the expense of deliberating on other issues of national importance.
"Unfortunate interview. To what end?" he posed.
Others who hit on Sudi were former Azimio head of think-tank Makau Mutua who said;
"Sad. Tone deaf. Hubris."

Journalist Ted Malanda said;
"In biology, that interview is called a mating dance."
Show of opulence among leaders and public servants has occasioned public uproar in the recent past, with President William Ruto getting to delve into the matter at some point.
The angered public was convinced that the opulence was funded by the taxpayer's money.
In an X space in July, Ruto revealed that he was at times compelled to sit his flamboyant juniors with counsel.
Cabinet nominee for Sports Kipchumba Murkomen was once on the spot for displaying his expensive shoes, watch and belt.
While on another interview with Obina, Murkomen revealed that he owned a pair of shoes costing Sh 80,000, a belt worth Sh 50,000, and a watch costing Sh 900,000.
