Officer Juma is reported to have accused his colleague of having an affair with his girlfriend and proceeded to slap him several times.

A Nairobi-based police officer is under investigation after he fired his gun at his colleague whom he accused of having an affair with his girlfriend.

As detailed in a police report dated Tuesday, March 26, the incident took place minutes after 2 am at the Joiners Gril and Lodge bar.

It is reported that Police Constable Piro Mwarsho of Kamukunji Police Station had gone to the bar to pick up his phone that was charging.

In the process, he met with Police Constable Emmanuel Juma. Juma is reported to have accused Mwarsho of having an affair with his girlfriend and proceeded to slap him several times.

Juma then cocked his AK47 and fired at officer Mwarsho. Luckily, Mwarsho missed the bullet and ran from the club.
