Details of the last will and testament of the late General Francis Ogolla has emerged barely a year after his death.
In the will filed by Miller & Company Advocates in the High Court, Ogolla appointed his some and daughter as the executors of the will.
Ogolla instructed that the benefits and compensation emanating from his service in the military be shared between his wife, Aileen Ogolla, Lorna Achieng Omondi (his daughter), and Joel Rabuku Omondi (his son).
His wife is to receive 50% while his two children receive 25% each.
Additionally, Ogolla left his property along Hatheru Road to his wife.

To his daughter Lorna, Ogolla left his Metro Fairview flat property in addition to all shares he held at NIC Securities.
"To my daughter Lorna Achieng Omondi the old luo bible left by my mother," read the will in part.
On the other hand, to his son Joel, he left a flat at Metro Fairview in addition to the parcel of land situated at or near the Siaya Airstrip.
"To my son Joel Rabuku Omondi, all personal belongings and artifacts. I direct that all my clothing shall be disposed of by burning," read the will in part.
"Any property not included in this will is to be jointly owned by Joel Rabuku Omondi and Lorna Achieng Omondi. Alternatively, the two may mutually agree on how to share it. To all my relatives, good luck," he directed.
