This comes months after 12 people were intercepted and arrested while attempting to breach State House.
In the incident that happened on Monday, March 10, reports indicate the arrests were carried out by the Recce Squad, who prevented the group from gaining entry into the premises.
According to eyewitnesses, a tense standoff ensued before security forces managed to apprehend the individuals.
Additional reports indicated that the 12 people who were arrested have since been released.
The group is said to have harassed and robbed some motorists and pedestrians in the 3 PM drama.
The group, which consisted mostly of youth from slums near Eastleigh and Industrial area, was confronted by the elite security team as they tried to breach security to 'meet the president for lunch'.
