The High Court has issued orders directing the government to allow controversial barrister Miguna Miguna's entry into the country.
The court further directed that the lawyer be issued with emergency travel documents by the Kenyan Embassy in Berlin Germany within 72 hours.
The government has further been directed to lift the red alerts and allow Miguna to board Air France upon presentation of the travel documents.
The court further directed that Miguna be allowed to enter the country using his Identification Card (ID).
Immigration Department was also ordered by the court to issue Miguna with a passport within seven days of entry.

This comes after his lawyers John Khaminwa and Law Society of Kenya (LSK) President Nelson Havi moved to court seeking to have the red alerts issued against the Canada-based lawyer lifted.
Appearing before the court, Interior Principal Secretary Karanja Kibicho refuted the claims that the government had issued the red alerts.
Kibicho told the court that Miguna had attempted to get into the country using his Canadian ID card.
The PS stated that to enter the country, Miguna should have sought papers from the Kenyan High Commission in Ottawa, Canada.
Miguna was expected in the country on Tuesday, November 16, however, he was barred from boarding Air France at the Berlin Brandenburg International Airport.
