Mudavadi said he will not shy away from informing Kenyans of his meeting with anybody, even if it is DP Ruto.

ANC party leader Moses Wetang'ula and his Ford Kenya counterpart Moses Wetangula has denied meeting Deputy President William Ruto for coalition talks.

While addressing a press conference in Nairobi, the leaders said they have not had any formal or informal invitation yet from the DP Ruto and his UDA party.

Mudavadi who was the first to address the issue said he will not shy away from informing Kenyans of his meeting with anybody, let alone the DP.

He denied media reports saying he had met the DP and, however, maintained that the freedom of association must not be limited.

"I have been in the media for what I have not said rather than for what I have said. If I meet someone I will not shy away from revealing who I met. I will speak to them openly without fear and intimidation," he said.

He added that he has not yet received a formal invitation for coalition talks from the DP's cand even as he maintained that he is fully focused on OKA.

On the other hand, Wetangula weighed on the coalition talks with Ruto saying he is yet to have any talks on the same with the DP.

"I have received no formal or informal invitation in regard to any political activity. I am a member of OKA the coalition of the willing," he said.
