Azimio presidential candidate Raila Odinga has broken his silence after his billboard was destroyed in Bomet County.
Speaking after being cleared by IEBC on June 5, Odinga stated that such acts of hooliganism should not be tolerated in a civilised society.
The former Prime Minister urged his supporters not to destroy any campaign material belonging to an opponent.
"We have seen some goons defacing our billboards in some parts of the country, That is an act of hooliganism, which is primitive and should not be tolerated in a civilised society. I urge our supporters not to interfere or try to deface any billboard or publicity materials belonging to our opponents. I'm calling them opponents not enemies because this is just a democratic exercise at the end of it there will be a winner and a loser and Kenya will go on," Odinga stated.
