First Lady Rachel Ruto has celebrated President William Ruto as a devoted husband and father to their children.
In a message dedicated to the Head of State on his birthday on Saturday, December 21, Rachel described Ruto as a special gift to their family.
She revealed that they were also celebrating their wedding anniversary, further, wishing him well as they begin a new year in their marriage.
"Happy birthday, my dear Bill! As we celebrate your special day and our wedding anniversary, I am grateful to God for the special gift you are to us," she wrote.

On the other hand, she wished the President all the best in his vision for Kenya.
"May this year bring you joy, health and the fulfilment of your dreams for our beautiful country! Happy birthday, my love!" Rachel added.
Apart from Rachel Ruto, the Head of State was also celebrated by his close friends and political allies who described him as a good boss and a visionary leader.
"May this day renew your energy to continue building the nation we all dream of. Happy birthday, President William Ruto," Interior PS Raymond Omollo wrote.
"As you celebrate this wonderful occasion, I pray that God grants you wisdom, good health, and peace of mind to lead our Nation to the pedestal of greatness and prosperity that we all desire for it," Senate Speaker Amason Kingi added.
