Controversial blogger Xtian Dela has claimed that his life is in danger following a misunderstanding with JamboPay CEO Danson Muchemi.
In an update on his social media pages, the blogger claimed that Muchemi threatened his life after he threatened to expose a JamboPay employee who conned him.
"JamboPay staff member Nicholas Koros hacked through our servers and bought himself 1 million Instagram reel views worth KSh 371,967. When I told @dmuchemi I would expose them, he threatened my life! If I die this is it," Xtian wrote.

The father of one suggested that he was going through depression, noting that the only thing keeping him alive was his newborn baby.
"I never thought I would publically say this... I am not fine mentally… I am depressed! Yes! I said it! The only thing keeping me alive is my almost 4 month year old baby. This sounds funny, yeah? Come on, laugh at me. Alafu tena JamboPay wanani stress
"I don’t want to fight anymore! I have asked many times for peace but no one is listening to me! I don’t want war! I want to be left alone peacefully! Why force me to go public? I don’t want," Xtian added.
In a separate post, Xtian noted that should he or a member of his family die or disappear mysteriously, Muchemi should be solely held accountable.
In February 2020, Muchemi claimed that his life was in danger after being involved in a road accident days after falling out with the then governor, Mike Sonko.
He said Sonko allegedly threatened him two days after he wrote a demand letter demanding the county government to pay him KSh 16.1 million owed for services rendered after the termination of his firm's contract.
Muchemi's firm had been contracted to install a revenue collection system for the Nairobi County Government between 2014 and 2019.
