The message by the President came after local leaders from Tana River appealed to President Ruto to help those who had lost their job secure employment.
The leaders had weighed into the CASs post that had been ruled against by the High Court.
Nairobi Leo has learnt that foreign ambassadors are set for a recall as President Ruto seeks to award his close allies who stood with him ahead of the 2022 General Elections.
The CASs fate was dealt a blow by the High Court after the position was declared unconstitutional.
In a judgement issued on Monday, July 3, Justices Kanyi Kimondo and Ali Visram who were on the majority side revoked a notification appointing the 50 to office.
Justice Hedwig Ong'udi however disagreed with the decision terming the office unconstitutional.
"The notification of President William Ruto dated March 16, 2023, on the appointments is quashed," Justice Kimondo ruled.
Justices Kimondo and Visram said it was not the intention of the framers of the constitution to have 50 CASs deputise 22 Cabinet Secretaries.
“The framers of the Constitution did not envisage that 50 CASs would deputize 22 Cabinet Secretaries,” Justice Kimondo stated.
