On September 6, the authority announced another system maintenance affecting its iSCAN system.
That maintenance was scheduled from Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 4:00 AM to Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM, running for 6 hours.
The iSCAN system maintenance notice warned that the system would be unavailable to all users during the specified period, and KRA stated, " We regret any inconvenience caused."
Both maintenance activities are scheduled during weekend hours. The notices indicate that the affected systems will be completely inaccessible during maintenance.
The series of maintenance notices shows KRA conducting system maintenance across its digital platforms in less than three weeks.
The iTax maintenance was conducted on August 30-31, followed by iSCAN maintenance on September 7, and now the iCMS maintenance is scheduled for September 14.
