Seven minutes later, at 1:13 AM, Patrick emerges again, this time accompanied by Festus, who is seen holding Patrick by the shoulders while Patrick carries a drink in his right hand.
Festus briefly enters the apartment before returning to the doorway, where he speaks with Patrick before leaving together.
At 1:15 AM, Festus returns alone, knocks on the door of B1406, and walks toward the lift area before returning one minute later.
At 1:16 AM, he enters the apartment, where a visible scaffold between Festus and a woman now identified as Lilian Beki ensues.
The door closes as the confrontation continues inside.

At exactly 1:57 AM, 41 minutes later, security cameras capture the moment Festus’s lifeless body lands on the roof of a white vehicle parked on the ground floor.
Night guards confirm he was unresponsive, a situation later confirmed by detectives who arrived at the scene.
Authorities have since detained suspects, including Patrick and Lilian, who will remain in custody for 14 days as investigators pursue leads and conduct forensic analysis.
Elsewhere, this comes days after CCTV footage emerged showing Kitutu Chache South MP Anthony Kibagendi assaulting a man inside a Java House outlet on Thursday, November 27.
According to the video, the man who was attacked, identified as Enock Omariba Moriasi, was seated in a corner of the restaurant having his meal when the altercation began.
Kibagendi entered the premises dressed in jungle-green trousers, a black jacket, and a mask, and could be seen pointing and seemingly shouting at Moriasi.
The footage shows Moriasi responding verbally, though it is unclear what sparked the exchange.
The confrontation escalated abruptly when the MP kicked Moriasi in the chest and grabbed the man by the neck, prompting staff and other customers to rush in and attempt to separate the two.
Despite efforts to restrain him, Kibagendi continued his assault; he punched Moriasi, knocking him to the floor.
The footage also shows the MP slapping another customer who had stepped forward in an effort to hold him back.
After several tense moments, the situation began to calm with Kibagendi and Moriasi speaking briefly before the MP turned and walked out of the restaurant.
