Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), through its fully owned state corporation JKUAT Enterprises Limited (JKUATES), has announced job opportunities targeting qualified Kenyans.
In a public notice, JKUAT Enterprises Limited stated that it is seeking to recruit highly motivated, results-driven individuals to support its expanding operations.
According to the announcement, a total of 23 accountant positions and five security officer positions are available.
The accountant roles fall under the officer category and are referenced as VA/2/12/2025, while the security officer positions are also under the officer category with the job reference VA/4/12/2025.
In addition to these roles, the institution has also advertised other vacancies, including one Chief Information System Auditor at the executive level and two Insurance Officer positions.

JKUAT Enterprises Limited has directed interested applicants to access detailed job descriptions and application guidelines through its official e-recruitment platform at jkuates.fuzu.com.
Applicants are required to submit a signed application letter, a detailed curriculum vitae outlining work experience, education level and expected salary, as well as names of at least three professional referees, two of whom must be from the applicant’s current organization.
Candidates must also provide copies of their national identity card along with academic and professional certificates.
The organization emphasized that all applications must be submitted online and received no later than Friday, January 9, 2026.
The corporation encouraged applications from youth, women, persons with disabilities (PwD), and candidates from marginalized communities, in line with inclusivity and equal opportunity principles.
It also cautioned that canvassing, falsifying or misrepresenting qualifications will lead to automatic disqualification.
JKUAT Enterprises Limited noted that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, adding that those shortlisted will be required to present original documents during interviews, as well as clearance certificates from relevant authorities including KRA, HELB, EACC, the Credit Reference Bureau and the Kenya Police.

Meanwhile, the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) has announced multiple job vacancies across various departments.
In a public notice, KIPPRA stated that it is seeking to recruit 43 professionals to strengthen its policy research, analysis, and institutional support functions.
The advertised positions span senior management, policy analysis, legal, finance, audit, administration, and support services.
They include roles such as Director of Integrated Services, Deputy Directors in several thematic areas, Principal Policy Analysts, Senior Policy Analysts, Corporation Secretary, Principal Legal Officer and Principal Internal Auditor.
Others are Senior Planning Officer, Accountant, Editor, Policy Analysts, Security Officer, Supply Chain Management Assistant, and Senior Office Assistant, among others.
KIPPRA noted that some of the vacancies are readvertisements, while others are being advertised for the first time.
The opportunities are distributed across key departments including governance, macroeconomics, productive sector, social sector, strategy and planning, trade and foreign policy, capacity building, legal services, finance, human resource and administration, and knowledge management.
Interested candidates are required to submit their applications online through the recruitment portal.
All applications must be submitted on or before January 5, 2026 at 5:00 p.m; KIPPRA noted that late applications will not be accepted.
The institute further clarified that it does not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment process and warned applicants against canvassing, noting that doing so will lead to automatic disqualification.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and will be required to present original documents during interviews, including identification documents, academic and professional certificates, testimonials, and clearance certificates from relevant authorities.
Successful candidates will also be required to provide clearance from bodies such as the Higher Education Loans Board, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, the Kenya Revenue Authority, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, and a recognized credit reference bureau.
