President William Ruto on Thursday chaired the first meeting with his inaugural Cabinet at State House. 

President William Ruto on Thursday, November 10, chaired the first meeting with his inaugural Cabinet at State House, Nairobi.

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi was among those who joined the meeting and was seated next to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua. 

The Prime Cabinet Secretary now says that effective service delivery, accountability, and support to all Kenyans will be  Government's top priority. 

President Ruto chairs first cabinet meeting 

"I am delighted to have been part of the first cabinet meeting chaired by President William Ruto under this new dispensation. Our aim as government remains to steer our national agenda to the next level.

"With this in mind, I want to assure the public that effective service delivery, accountability, and support to all Kenyans is our top priority. My plea to us all is that we maintain a strong sense of patriotism especially as we reason together on how to emerge stronger as a more cohesive nation even as we revamp our economy," Mudavadi tweeted. 

This was the first meeting President Ruto chaired with his new Cabinet Secretaries in office.
