Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition deputy running mate Martha Karua says they have watertight evidence in the presidential petition submitted.
The Azimio brigade led by Raila Odinga filed their petition at the Supreme Court on Monday, August 22 which has already been admitted by the judiciary.
In a statement via Twitter, Karua stated that she believed the Supremer Court would uphold the rule of law and serve justice.
"Our petition is watertight and the evidence is overwhelming. We are assured that the Supreme Court will uphold the rule of law, and justice will be served. This is for The People," she stated.

According to one of the lawyers representing Odinga at the Court, James Orengo says they have a cocktail of orders they want issued.
"We have a cocktail of orders that we want from the court but we could have a rerun if the court so orders but I think we have circumstances in which the court can actually retally.
"And indeed, we want the declaration by Chebukati quashed and if it is quashed it means nothing happened," the Siaya Governor-elect said.
Addressing the press after submitting the petition, Odinga said the legal challenge was a do or die battle with corruption cartels who he alleged were prepared to compromise the electoral systems.
“This is a do or die battle for the corruption cartels who everything to lose to the forces of democracy takeover. The corruption cartels are prepared to compromise electoral systems, bribe electoral officials, make security systems look other way or even kill in order to find their way to power and continue stealing from the public,” Raila said.
