Ambassador Esipisu said that President Kenyatta had actually helped raise a large chunk of the funds through discussions with fellow heads of states where he campaigned for increased funding for education.
President Uhuru Kenyatta is also scheduled to hold talks with Prime Minister Johnson with special focus on investment and business.
Kenya's position as the region's security anchor will also be on the agenda.
Ambassador Esipisu also disclosed that climate change would be one of the talking points when the two Heads of government meet at the Prime Minister's country home.
"The president will also be attending to issues around his Big 4 agenda. Meetings that will culminate in the signing of an agreement between Nairobi International Finance Centre and London," he told members of the press.
A partnership is also expected to be signed between the University of Manchester, Christie Cancer Hospital and Kenyatta University Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital for the setting up of a cancer centre of excellence in Kenya.
