Exiled Kenyan lawyer Miguna Miguna has stated that President Uhuru Kenyatta has messed ODM leader Raila Odinga's chances of becoming president in the forthcoming August 9 General Elections.
The exiled lawyer termed Uhuru the most unpopular president since independence, noting that his endorsement was not a good thing for Raila.
"The path is muddy and not very clear at all, if anything, Uhuru has made it completely impossible for Raila to become president of Kenya
"An endorsement from the most unpopular president since independence is not a good thing for anyone running for President," Miguna said.

Speaking at the Sagana State Lodge, Uhuru urged his community to back Raila's bid saying he has the best interests for the country, saying he will have no problem supporting Deputy President William Ruto in future if he reforms.
"I appeal you to support Raila. Help him to the top. Even my friend Ruto, he can become president someday akishika line. Tushikilie huyo Mzee (Raila) mara hii, huyo kijana (Ruto) tutafikiria baadaye
"Let's hold the old man's hand and if the other young man also reforms, I have not stopped anyone from supporting him," Uhuru said.
Reacting to the endorsement, the DP stated that he respects Uhuru's decision to endorse Raila for the top seat despite voting and campaigning for him in past elections.
"Naheshimu uamuzi wa rais wa kusema anataka kuunga mkono mtu wa vitendawili lakini najua hatushindani na Uhuru Kenyatta. Si mimi nilipigia Uhuru Kenyatta na nilimsupport? Kwani kitendawili aliwahi pigia kura Uhuru Kenyatta?
"Lakini naheshimu uamuzi wa rais wa kusema yule ambaye hajawahi mpigia kura yeye anataka kumuunda mkono, hiyo ni sawa," DP Ruto said.
