Peter Miano & Wambui Kibe 

Peter Miano, son of Tourism Cabinet Secretary Rebecca Miano, wed his fiancée Wambui Kibe on January 4, 2025, in a glamorous ceremony in Tigoni, Kiambu County.

The exclusive event was attended by top government officials, including Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, Defence CS Soipan Tuiya, Attorney General Dorcas Odwour, Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen, and Water CS Eric Mugaa.

The couple previously held their traditional wedding in April 2024.

Marvin, son of Mavoko MP Patrick Makau, married his longtime partner Phoebe in a stylish celebration in Limuru.

Ohangla star Prince Indah, born Evance Ochieng Opiyo, celebrated his traditional wedding to longtime partner Winnie Nyamigori on April 13 in Rapogi village, Migori County. 

Rich in Luo cultural flair, the colourful event drew a high-profile crowd and symbolized Indah’s rise in both music and cultural prominence.

The ceremony also made news after a man clung to a departing helicopter carrying guests, prompting legal action. Despite the incident, the day remained a powerful celebration of love and legacy.

Anthony Njoroge & Tamara Wetang’ula

Anthony Njoroge exchanged vows with Tamara Wetang’ula, daughter of National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang’ula, on April 18, 2025.

The white wedding came shortly after a pre-wedding celebration in Bungoma. Dignitaries in attendance included President William Ruto, Defence CS Soipan Tuya, Tourism CS Rebecca Miano, and Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka.

In his remarks, Wetang’ula wished the couple joy and divine blessings in their new life together.

James Kimoi & Ivy Meli

On May 2, 2025, James Kimoi, son of KANU Chairman and former Baringo Senator Gideon Moi, tied the knot with Ivy Meli in a private yet elegant ceremony at Ol Tukai Lodge, Amboseli.
