The veteran presenter's wedding was graced by eminent personalities, among them government spokesperson Isaac Mwaura. 


Veteran radio broadcaster Bramwell Mololo has solemnised his union with his wife, Damaris Wambui.

The couple wedded in a colourful event on Saturday, November 30, in a Nairobi hotel.

The nuptials saw the attendance of renowned politicians and public figures, among them government spokesperson Isaac Mwaura.

Others were politicians, among them Brian Weke, and director of public communication at State House Nairobi Gerald Bitok.

"Finally Sir Mwololo Bramwell amepata jiko. Hakuna patanisho tena. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs Damaris Wambui (Dee) Mwela Mwololo, the newest couple in town. May our dear LORD bless your union forever," Mwaura celebrated Mwololo, with whom they have been friends for over a decade.

Mwololo is a renowned figure, having had a long stint with Radio Africa Group.

He is known for his popular political talk show that hosts eminent figures who show up to give their perspective on topical issues.

Besides his career as a broadcaster, the media personality is known to have a knack for sports, with a bias toward rugby and football.

Mwololo has been with the Waiyaki Way-based media house for nearly 16 years since 2008 when he joined.

His wedding came a day after that of Court of Appeal judge Aggrey Muchelule, who tied the not with his fiancee Judy Kerich at a traditional ceremony in Uasin Gishu County.

The event was held in Kessess Constituency on Friday, November 29 and attended by close friends and families.

Known as 'Koito', the attendees witnessed Kalenjin traditional wedding activities as the family of two loved birds got to know each other.

Among the notable guests at the event were National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula and Head of Public Service Felix Koskei.
