Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi’s son, Moses Budamba Mudavadi, on Saturday, November 29, wedded his lover Qillian Ndeso Saiya in a colorful ceremony in Nairobi.
Qillian is the daughter of former GSU Commandant William Saiya and former nominated Senator Naomi Masitsa Shiyonga.

The colorful wedding attracted high dignitaries, including President William Ruto, First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto, National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang’ula, and Health CS Aden Duale.

During the wedding, the bride wore a stunning white gown featuring off-shoulder sleeves, lace detailing, and floral appliqués.
The groom, on the other hand, was dressed in an elegant black suit paired with a white shirt and a bow tie.

In a statement after the wedding, Mudavadi wished the couple joy and blessings as they start their marriage journey.
“To the newlyweds, may God’s light guide your steps and grant you wisdom as you embark on this new chapter together.
“May you always lean on the Lord for direction, comfort, and courage in every season of your journey,” said Mudavadi.

Wetang’ula, on his part, congratulated the newlyweds and wished them a union anchored in trust, compassion, and strengthened by wisdom.
“I extend my warm congratulations to Qillian Ndeso Saiya and Moses Budamba Mudavadi on this joyful occasion.
"May your marriage be anchored in trust, enriched by compassion, and strengthened by the wisdom and guidance of those who surround you. Wishing you both a life filled with purpose, peace, and lasting joy,” Wetangula stated.

This comes weeks after Moses and Qillian held a traditional wedding ceremony in Malava, Kakamega County.
The event was graced by government officials, including PS Beatrice Inyangala, PS Jane Imbunya, and Vihiga Woman Rep Beatrice Adagala.
During the traditional event, Moses donned a dark blue traditional outfit with embroidered details, while the bride wore a mermaid-style gown with turquoise, red, and metallic details.

Other guests in the colorful wedding wore a mix of traditional and contemporary outfits.
